Our goal is to help seniors who are in need. Please complete the form below and we will get in touch with you within 3-5 business days. As a reminder, in order to be eligible to receive assistance from SOAR, the applicant must meet the following criteria. If they do not meet this criteria, then the form cannot be submitted.

Criteria

Current resident of Frederick County, Maryland

At least 65 years old

Income does not exceed $2,100/mo for individuals or $3,000 per couple.

*Effective September 1st, 2024, all users will be required to create an account to request assistance. If you are completing an application for someone else, they will need an account made for them, and the application must be submitted under their account.
